This was my daughter's 1st b-day cake, and my first time using fondant or making a topsy-turvy cake. Top layer is vanilla with raspberry filling and butter cream frosting, covered and decorated in fondant. The bottom layer is butter recipe chocolate with a milk chocolate ganache filling and butter cream frosting, covered and decorated in fondant.
