This was for my neighbor who was turning 6. She loves horses and isn't too girly so I made this. It's white cake with vanilla chocolate chip filling. It's all buttercream icing with fondant decorations. The horse is 100% fondant and this was the first horse I have attempted. I think it came out cute =-)
