For my niece turning 7...she wanted littlest pet shop and loves the cats so this is what I came up with. Top layer is strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream, middle is vanilla cake with strawberries n cream filling (found on cc), and bottom layer is white with chocolate buttercream. Cat is my first attempt at an animal made of RKT and covered in fondant. Needs some work on smoothing out the RKT, but my niece loved it.
