Had a customer who's relative liked to go bike riding up to Yosemite. "Half Dome" is made from 3 cupcakes stacked like a pyramid, iced in gray non-dairy whip and airbrushed. The rest of the cake is airbrushed as well. The waterfall is fruit glaze with a drop of blue liquid gel.
