This is a fondant cake. The roses are a 50/50 fondant/gumpast mixture. I titled it "Because I Can" when my husband asked why I made green roses. "Because I can, it's my cake and I can do anything I want to with it" . Henceforth, the name. I made this cake for my final class in fondant/gumpaste.
