This was my first attempt at making my own gingerbread house. We've done the kits before with the little houses but this was much more fun. I got some books from the library for inspiration. My whole family worked on it. One tip I found when researching was that if you don't plan to eat any of the house then use a glue gun to put it all together. Brilliant! My kids made the tree out of a paper bag.
