Made this cake for my great neice's 1st birthday. This cake was the cake that took me the longest to make, of course because of the animals. Bottom layer is a chocolate with strawberry filling and top layer was vanilla. Animals and leaves are fondant, with the exception of the duck - it is chocolate - this same duck was on her splash cake - she LOVES ducks!
