Thanks to kdosreis for the inspiration. My 4 yr old great niece wanted anything "princessey" . Bottom is 9 inch carrot cake with cannolli filling, top is a raspberry and wasc checkerboard cake with fresh raspberry filling. I had it on the stand and went to turn it and smashed it in to the corner of my upper cabinets. Fixed it the best I could.
