This cake was done for my daughter's 17th birthday. Its red velvet cake with cream cheese BC. She didn't want MMF. I absolutely hate working with cream cheese BC I had to keep sticking the cake back in the fridge just to get through decorating it. I tried to make it work. The decorations are fondant and the topper is gumpaste. The feathers are real. TFL
