This cake was made for my friend's baby, nicknamed Nacho. The cow is used because she was born in the year of the cow. Cow is made from mix of sugar paste/fondant and gum paste/flower paste. The cake is a chocolate chiffon cake with Raspberry Buttercream filling covered with fondant. because chiffon cakes are very light,using litle sections of fondant to cover the cake reduces the pressure put on the cake. I also made a Big White cross with the patterns.
