Bottom and top tier are all buttercream. The cakes were lemon supreme from Dun. Hines box mixed with orange jello and instead of water I substituded orange juice. Filling was strawberry cream cheese. The middle tier was chocolate soaked with sugar, instant coffee and rum. The filling was also cream cheese and frosted with creamcheese as well and poured ganache over it. All flowers are gumpaste and name was fondant. The topper was ordered thru ebay, it's solar powered which makes hello kitty dance. Everyone loved it. Thanks everyone from cc, for your ideas.
