I made this for a state fair competition. The castle and towers is all cake. The spires on top are covered in fondant and brushed w/ gold dust. The "scroll" is wafer paper written on with a food color pen. 50 is molded chocolate dusted w/ gold dust.Bride & groom and swan are also molded chocolate.Bridge and rope are fondant.
