I simply put my son's wooden Amtrak train on top instead of Gordon. 11 x 15 double layer yellow cake (3 boxes of Better Crocker). Leaf green Wilton-recipe buttercream. Brown railties, brown rocks and blue river made from Wilton pre-packaged fondant. Black rails from Wilton tubed black icing. "Flowers" are sprinkled "Nerds" candies.
