I just made this for my daughter's 20th birthday. The "doll" in the shopping bag is a fondant version of her very first doll :) The Bloomingdale's bag is vanilla with buttercream icing and MMF. The gift is made of strawberry cake with fresh strawberry cream filling and buttercream icing.
