3 layer dark chocolate sour cream cake with vanilla cream cheese butter cream and vanilla fondant. I had lots of issues with this cake. It was my first with scroll work and I actually took it to a friend who helped me with it. I had to redo the fondant twice and it actually had 2 blowouts (my first ever). The client had some large sunflowers she was going to put on it at the shower. She was very happy which makes it all worth while.
