I made the lighthouse out of cupcakes. I started with a jumbo size cupcake for the bottom and 3 regular size cupcakes and then a mini cupcake and another regular cupcake. The lighthouse was iced in buttercream then covered in fondant. The lighthouse cake was put onto a paisley shaped cake iced in buttercream.
