Okay, so I get a call this morning from my son's former teacher - she tells me I can totally say NO because it's soooo last minute, but is there any way I could do an anniversary cake for her parents? Don't feel obligated! Just so happens I had enough snickerdoodle cake batter left over from my mini cuppies that I was able to bake two 8" rounds last night and stuck 'em in the freezer with NO CLUE what I would do with them! She thought it sounded delish and told me to do any kind of decoration I wanted. I hope it looks okay - I did it pretty quickly!!!!! TFL!
