This was my 1st carved cake. It was WASC w/ BC icing & MMBC fondant - Yum-o. I have found I like to roll my fondant out w/ shortening rather than PS or cornstarch. It hold up well & has a nice shine. This cake caused my calendar to fill up w/ future projects.
