This cake was a first of many. It was my first Elmo cake, my first RKT (or should i say RBT (rice bubble treat) in Australia) and first exploding cake. I think i focused to much on Elmo as i wasn't that happy with the cake. I'm sure my 1 year old niece won't notice.
