This was made for my Dad's B-day. It was a replica of a semi that he used to drive. The Truck is made of Rice Cereal Treats, as is the base of the trailer. The trailer is 2 1/4 sheet yellow cakes. (Should have gone with 3). ( **HINT** Don't try leveling a cake with a bread slicer.) The truck and trailer are covered with fondant. Oreo cookies make up the wheels. My Dad likes the St.Louis Cardinals, so I found some Team Cookies to put on the trailer. The Mustang was a model of one he owned before, also.
