White cake with strawberry mousse filling covered in Satin Ice fondant. Animals and flag are gumpaste and all other decoration is fondant (small dots around tent top and around bottom of 10" cake are buttercream). 10" base with 6" "tent". Made to match the Pottery Barn's circus themed baby room set. Had lots of trouble with the Satin Ice fondant...I think I will stick to the mmf from now on!!! Much more forgiving!
