This was the first: square cakes, stacked cakes, wedding cakes and fondant cakes that I have ever done. I was asked by a friend of a friend to do a cake for her son's wedding. They had no cake and $100 to spend . . . they had an outdoor wedding and I finished it in a 104 degree tent. Lots of errors I see, but they liked it and everyone said that it tasted wonderful.
