Thank you to adams2shop and the many CCers who posted taco cupcakes. The sombrero is carved from the ball pan and some 8" rounds covered in fondant on a fondant covered tray. The taco shells are white and yellow chocolate mixed with chocolate graham crackers filled with cake (meat), coconut (lettuce), orange chocolate (cheese), BC (beans and sour cream), and gummy bears (tomato). They were fun to make and a HUGE hit at the party.
