This cake was made for a 1st Birthday party at the beach. It was adapted from a picture I saw in the Wilton 2007 Yearbook. Her mom wanted the cake to have something to do with the beach and/or ocean. Being that their last name is 'Fish', we thought it'd be cute to do a fish cake.
