This is a West Virginia football field cake I did for a customer. They wanted uprights(gumpaste) and a figure running down the field. The jersey says 40(that is the age of the birthday boy). The writing was buttercream transfer(interesting technique). German choc. cake (yummy coconut pecan frosting).
