This was a cake done for my sister-in-law's birthday. It was a surprise. It had alternating layers of banana cake and caramel mudcake. It is a double height 6" and a 4" top tier. The ribbons around the tiers are satin ribbons. A real brooch on the centre ribbon with real peacock feathers to tie in the colour scheme.
