Fondant roses, red velvet cake with peanut butter flavored buttercreme icing. (Used Watkins Peanut Butter Extract) instead of the vanilla called for in the buttercreme recipe. Made this for our family bar-b-que and it was quickly devoured. When I went for a slice for myself, the plate held just a few crumbs. Guess that made it a success, huh? LOL
