I made this for my twins 2nd birthday. Top layer is chocolate and bottom layer is yellow with fresh strawberry filling. All is iced in buttercream. I did FBT (frozen buttercream technique) for Isa, Tiko and Benny. For the waterfall, I first made the shape with fondant then covered it with pipping gel with blue food coloring. The stars are also fondant.
