It's chocolate cake with mint chocolate chip ice cream flavor, vanilla buttermilk for 2nd tier with white chocolate cream cheese filling iced with SMBC covered in Satin Ice fondant. all black decorations are made of fondant. It wasn't a perfect job but everyone liked it.
