This was a 40th Wedding Anniversary cake, complete with original wedding topper! It was a lemon cake, raspberry mousse filling and whip cream frosting. Scroll work was done in yellow tinted whip cream. And large whip cream pearl border completed the cake. Oh, and the flowers were real daisys.
