Thanks to all the wonderful ladies here for the inspiration for this one. I had major trouble with the black fondant. It just got too soft after adding all the black coloring. This was my 5th cake I think. Also, I had to get creative with the brim as the cake had to travel 2 hours in a car, would not be eaten for two days. So the hat was in one cake box and the rabbit head was in another and the customer assembled it themselves. Fun and easy cake to make. I just need my skills to improve!
