I made this cake for my Dad's 60th birthday. I went with a beach theme because we were spending the weekend celebrating in Cape Cod, MA at a beach house. I had a little issue getting it there...the top layer pretty much sunk into the bottom layer and ended up causing the bottom layer to bulge. I'm new at layering and know it wasn't done the correct way. I'll learn! :) He liked the taste of it at least! :) I got the idea of the cake from looking at other CC users photos and loved them so much that I wanted to try it! Made out of BC w/chocolate shells and crushed graham crackers for the sand.
