This is a white cake with buttercream covered with MMF. The hearts are a technique I seen on the Food Network Cake Challenge. They are candy melts that I just drew on wax paper and let dry. They peeled right off and I stuck them on the MMF with the candy melt. I couldn't believe how easy this was. I will use this techinique many more times, I'm sure.
