This cake was made for an end-of-season party for a Padres Little League team. The cake was alternating layers of vanilla and chocolate wit vanilla buttercream on each tier (so everyone would get what they liked). The baseballs around the bottom tier had names and numbers of each of the players so each ked got a piece of cake with their baseball. It was a hit! One player was so excited that everything was edible (fondant or gumpaste) that he took a bite out of the fondant bat... and liked it!
