Super Sweet 16 cupcake 'cake'. White cupcakes with buttercream frosting sprayed on. I wrote out the pattern - a large football styled "16" on a piece of paper and told the baker which should be white and which should be blue. When I got home I put it together like a puzzle. I added the large 'diamond' rings onto the blue cupcakes. Rings from the local .99 cent store for some sweet 16 flare... Used tall candles for fun. My son and his friends loved it.
