I consider this cake to be somewhat of a disaster. The day I made it, my air conditioning went out and all day and night it was never less than 88 degrees (and very humid) in my house. You can where the image even melted and cracked. Oh well, my mom still loved it! Lemon cake with lemon BC frosting.
