first ever buttercream frosting attempt. I haven't ever made it because I don't really care for buttercream, but since january I have been getting really into cake making and I know this is a big part of being able to make cakes. i hear it is an art form to make good buttercream and I know it is true because a month and about 6 cakes later I still haven't managed to make a batch that I am satisfied with. It is always to soft, too stiff, too grainy, too greasy, etc. etc. But I'm still working on it. :)
