This is my finale cake from course 2! I love the basketweave technique and I love being able to make flowers in advance and then quickly whip together a pretty cake when necessary. This cake was done in January of this year, and I am about to start course 3 next week. (have been waiting for Michaels to offer it) I can't wait to learn more!
