My fiance is into minitrucks and is in the process of making his truck into one so I thought that this would be a perfect cake for him. The cake is a chocolate sheet cake topped with a loaf cake for the truck cab. I carved the windshield and hood slope off of the loaf cake. I used chocolate canned icing for the outside. I piped white icing for the windows and tail lights. Used red icing for the back up lights. I used the actual design for his truck on the back end using the colored piping icing.
