Dairy free, egg, free, gluten free castle cake made for my daughter's birthday. The castle is actually a topper made from krispie treats and fondant and the cake is the hill. This was my first attempt at something like this. I struggled to get the fondant to stick well to the pancake of a wheat free cake, but overall I think it was successful.
