Practice cake, but the fondant kept tearing, so opted to stick with the ganache exterior. Fondant accents (not my best bow) with RI piped initials. Measures 7 inches across, 5 inches high. Chocolate cherry ripe mud cake with ganache filling. Advice welcome!
