I made this cake for a friend of mine.. she loves elephants and her boyfriend asked me to make "anything that had elephants on it". I came up with a safari type theme, she loved it! Inside is a standard strawberry shortcake, decorated in buttercream (elephants were toys i got from the dollar store)
