This is a cake I made for my Mom`s birthday. It`s an orange flavor cake made from scratch, with cantaloupe filling, orange flavor italian meringue and cover in orange flavor MMF. The teapot, cups, cake cutter, napkins and mini cakes are also made of MMF. Cups are filled with "Dulce de Leche" (Caramel). She was so happy with it and she loved the color, actually everybody did.
I love this cake, the colours are beautiful. I use Dulce de Leche a lot in my cakes too. It's a family favourite.

Wow -- that must have taken you forever to complete!! What a labor of love! You should be really proud of yourself -- that is gorgeous!!
Ohh! Thank you, finally928. You know, not really, the teapot, cups, etc., just took me 8 hours (of two different days= 4 on one and 4 on the other); and to cover the cake, it was the day of delivery (morning). It took longer, though, because my arm still hurts. But it was a lot of fun making them! :D
