I made this cake for a friends daughters High School graduation. I made one like it for my daughters graduation from college and they fell in love with it. Cake is white sheet and the books are a sheet cake cut in half and the hat is a round cake. The top of the hat is cardboard covered with fondant and the diploma is fondant. The tassel is made from fondant. Roses are buttercream.
