I made this for my best friend's daughter's 5th birthday...a princess party. It is buttercream with fondant accents. Since I am still a beginner at this, I had two goals in mind: to get the buttercream as flat as I could, and to create sculptural elements with fondant. I'm very happy with the final result. Can't wait to make another one!
