Heart Cake on Cake Central

Chocolate cake w/butter cream icing in between layers.Fondant for the rest of everything else.Its was my 1st time doing roses and my 2nd time working w/fondant.I had to rush so it didnt come out perfect. This was a really big cake four layers ,18inch on bottom and 8inches on top, 9inches in height with out topper and roses.Feed over 40 people.I did it after work in less then 6 hours.This really needed to be a whole day project for it to come out better.Ribbon dusted w/ edibale glitter.
