This was my first cake for a friend that wanted a castle cake with pinks and purples for her 3 yr old. I made rolled butter cream and used it for the first time. The cake is sooo yummy, banana cake with banana cream butter cream, the rolled butter cream is also banana cream. I need more practice with fondant and such. But it was a lot of fun to do. Everything is edible!!
