This is a cake that served 100 for a small school. The Elmo was red colored white chocolate plaque that I had made with dowels to hold it up. The cake is a pound cake with yellow butter cake so that it was dense.. 12" and 10" round, covered with fondant. Inspired by Wilton yearbook 2007
