I made a traditional French Quartre Quarts from Julia Child's book...it was delicious and the tasting with the bride went well. The topping was a Ganache made with dark chocolate, butter and pomegranate liquer...super yummy...I also steeped fresh blueberries in the pomengrante liquer and added them.
