I made these cookies for my son and daughter-in-laws baby shower this past weekend as favors for the guest. They came in pink and blue as they are waiting till the baby is born to find out whether it's a girl or a boy. Got the idea from Wilton's 2006 yearbook. NFSC with a royal icing recipe that I like which is made with shortening and is much softer to bite into.
